Stars. Humanity is the best blessing of Mankind

The documentary chronicles the genesis and realization of the underwater exhibition by portrait photographer Salvo Galano, who chose to tell twelve positive stories of migration through images. Through Galano's shots, encounters and stories of the twelve protagonists, the documentary illustrates the artist's journey up to the opening of the exhibition in the beautiful setting of Cala Croce beach in Lampedusa. The faces of the protagonists displayed on translucent sheets under the blue waters of the island will become the stars of the European flag allowing the viewer to see for the first time the faces of these men and women for what they are, simply human beings.
