Seydou – Il sogno non ha colore
Seydou Sarr is a young Senegalese man torn between his dream of becoming a soccer player and the reality of a film career that is as unexpected as it is explosive. His journey takes him from local soccer fields to the international stages of cinema. Through an intimate narrative, enriched by close encounters with some of the greatest players in the Italian league, the documentary explores crucial themes such as identity, belonging, and, above all, the fight against racial prejudice on the soccer field—an issue that, unfortunately, remains a form of discrimination even today, including in our Serie A.
